This course tapped on ‘Local Food’ as the main theme for Art-making using Collage Mixed Media. Students were introduced to Pop Art with subject of ‘Food’ such as those done by Wayne Thiebaud and Claes Oldenburg. Adapting Pop Art characteristics, they used Collage in mixed media to compose visuals of buffet spread on our local food.
