Introduction to Fashion Design (3 NA/NT)

Tampines Secondary School

This is an introductory course specially customised as an elective module for students who would pursue such a career path or any other comparable design careers. It is a highly applicable course with hands-on in illustration of garment design.

Students were taught figure drawing of human models and sketching of subjects for design applications. Next, they applied their ideas and concepts of the subjects chosen onto the human figures. Techniques of Manipulation and Stylization were applied to realise the final designs in mixed media.

Mask-making (P6)

Tao Nan School

Pupils learned advanced techniques of Paper Sculpture with understanding of Form, Texture and Depth in this course. They applied these techniques on mask-making based on theme of Culture & Ethnicity (national education/NE). Finalwork are realised as masks with designs adapted from our 4 cultures.
